a decent stay
comfortable bed nice pillow mini bar empty swimming pool rooftop access
the bed was so comfortable. the pillows were nice too. the mini bar was also nice. the breakfast staff were helpful.
The swimming pool was empty . I was not informed of this before i booked. i only found this out when i went up to the rooftop to use it! this was one of the main reasons i booked this hotel.

loud air conditioning limited selection
The air conditioning was very loud at night. It made it hard to sleep and I had to turn it off sometimes. the breakfast buffet was also a little disappointing. The selection was limited and the food wasn't always hot.

clean room roof pool
the hotel has good breakfast. the room was clean, and air conditioning was working good. i liked that there was a pool on the roof and also a gym was available.
the location is a bit far from the bts station, i needed to take the hotel's shuttle.

the rooftop pool area was very nice. the free shuttle to terminal 21 made train access easy. i liked the juice at the front desk. it was a treat.

new room good breakfast unhappy staff sour reception
the room was new and very nice. everything was always working. breakfast was good and always on time, made mornings easy.
the staff could have been a little happier, there were no hellos or smiles when coming and going. in-fact one of the chaps on reception that helped with luggage was a little sour. i smiled at him and looked friendly, but he looked at me with almost disgust.
